In July 2025, I was approached by a client to design a merchant dashboard for their users and ensure it was fully mobile-responsive. I started by creating a verification flow to define what users see during registration and onboarding, ensuring that access to the main dashboard modules is only granted once their verification is approved.
After completing the onboarding flow, I designed a wallet feature as the primary home screen element. This allowed users to view their wallet balance, fund their wallet, send money, track upcoming payments, view service providers, and most importantly, monitor recent transactions. These components were carefully structured to keep the dashboard user-friendly and mobile-optimized.
Next, I moved on to the Beneficiaries module, where customers can add beneficiaries for seamless money transfers. Following this, I designed the Transactions module and then proceeded to the Settings module, rounding out the full experience of the merchant dashboard.
